Visual Studio Code Analysis Tools?

Has anyone used the new code analysis tools builtin to Visusal C++ 2005? What do you think about the features? Do the tools find relevant bugs?

I've not actually tried the code analysis tools with version 8 yet. I plan on trying it out this weekend and see how it works. I am also going to download and install VS 2005 Express and see how useful that compiler is as well. I'll let ya know.

Unfortunately, the PREFast code analysis tool is only available with Visual Studio 2005 Team System from what I've read. I have Visual Studio 2005 installed and the C++ project configurations do not have the PREFast option. That's unfortunate for non-Team system users.
